Changing the Record-a-Call Message Length

 

Use this procedure to change the Record-a-Call message length. The Record-a-Call message length can be programmed to be 2–60 minutes. The factory setting is 0 minutes (off). The Record-a-Call message length cannot be longer than the Mailbox Size.

1 Log in to System Administration. 777

2 Select Extension Administration. 2
3 Enter extension number. [nn] #
4 Select Record-a-Call. 7
5 Choose one of the following:  
  • Enter the Record-a-Call message length. (The Record-a-Call message length cannot be longer than the Mailbox Size.) [nn] # or
  • Turn this feature off. 0#
  • If finished. *#
