Assigning Line Ownership
If you have used VMS Line Coverage (#206, Option 3) on the communications system to assign coverage for a line, you must assign PARTNER Messaging Line Ownership to indicate which PARTNER Messaging mailbox or Automated Attendant extension should handle the call.
On the PARTNER communications system, be sure you have programmed VMS Line Coverage (#206, Option 3).
