Changing Outcalling Permission

When Outcalling Permission is On, users can program up to five telephone numbers or pager/beeper numbers for the messaging system to call in order to notify the users that a new message has arrived in their voice mailbox. Users who use Outcalling can choose to be notified about all new messages or only new Priority messages.
