Trunk Utilization Alarm
This alarm is triggered when the percentage trunk utilization exceeds 75% of the total available trunks. The alarm is reset when the percentage returns to less than 70%.
Calls Queued Alarm
This alarm is triggered when the number of calls queued is greater than 4. The alarm is reset when the number of calls queued is less than 4.
Available Agents Alarm
This alarm is triggered when the percentage of available agents is less then 10% of the total logged in agents. The alarm is reset when the percentage returns to greater or equal to 11%.
