This sample failure route defines the action taken by the system when there is a general failure in connecting to the conferencing system. Again, this is only a sample route in which the conference participant is played a "conference failure" message and then transferred to the receptionist.
To set up this failure route:
Click Basic Actions on the tool bar and select Generic.
Click in the right-hand pane to place the action.
Open the Properties for Generic.
Change the Token Name to Play Failure.wav.
In the Entry Prompts tab, click the (green cross), click and select CONF_23.wav; this wav file will play, “Conference not accessible.”
Click Close and OK.
Connect Failure to Play Failure.wav.
Click Telephony Actions on the tool bar and select Transfer.
Click in the right-hand pane to place the action.
Open the Properties for Transfer.
Change the Token Name to Transfer Reception.
In the Specific tab, enter your reception’s extension in the Destination field.
