Participant Details

While logged onto a web client, participants can view details relating to all conference participants. These details can be entered prior to the conference start time by the person who scheduled the conference or in real-time by the conference host via the web client.

To view participant details, click the relevant participant's name and select Participant Details. By performing the same task, the host can update as well as view the same participant details. The following participant information are available:

• Name

• Email address

• Telephone number

Updating Participant Details

Remember, only the host can update participants' details in real-time from the Web Client.  To update participant details, do the following:

1. Click the relevant participant's name.

2. Select Participant Details.

3. Update desired information.

4. Click the Update button.

Clicking Cancel will close the pop up window.

Participant Status

Participants who are logged onto the web client will see the statuses of all participants who are scheduled to join the conference.  These statuses are visually represented in the following ways:

• = Host has logged onto the Web Client only.

•   = Host has logged onto the audio conference only.

• = Host has logged onto the Web Client and joined the audio conference.

• = Participant has logged onto the Web Client only.

• = Participant has logged onto the Web Client and joined the audio conference with Listen Only status.

• = Participant has joined the audio conference with Listen Only status.

• = Participant has joined the audio conference with Speak & Listen status.

• = Participant has logged onto the Web Client and joined the audio conference with speak and listen capabilities.

• = Participant is whispering with the host.

• = Participant has not joined the Web Client or the audio conference.

• = An anonymous participant who has joined the audio conference and is waiting to be matched with a valid conference participant. Anonymous participant status is assigned to participants who joined via IP Office SoftConsole.

• = A Listen Only participant has requested to speak.

• = Request to speak by a Listen Only participant has been rejected by the conference host.

• If a participant's name is not entered at the time of booking the conference, Not Specified will display in place of the participant's name.
