No Loop Current Communication problems between module and CO; no loop current. If error occurs four times consecutively and if automatic maintenance-busy is enabled and maintenance-busy limit is less than 50%, trunk is busied-out automatically
Replace module with similiar module and test. If problem is resolved, replace bad module. If old problem persists, reinstall old module and test trunk.
