Take Your Calls from Another Extension
If you wish to take your calls from another location, you can instruct the PBX to pass your calls to another internal or external number. This option must be set at your extension.
Click .
Select the Forwarding tab.
Enter the required number into the Follow Me to Number box.
Click OK or press Enter.
The title bar of Phone Manager Pro indicates that Follow to has been set.
To cancel
Click .
Select the Forwarding tab.
Remove the extension number from the Follow Me to Number box.
Click OK or press Enter.
Forward Your Calls to Another Location
Your calls can be answered at another location by forwarding your calls to an internal or external number. You can decide whether all your calls are to be forwarded or only when your extension is busy or only when your extension is not answered (the No Answer Time is configured by your System Administrator). If you are a member of a Hunt Group you can also forward Hunt Group calls to this location. See also Transfer Back to Forwarded Extension

Select the Forwarding tab.
Enter the internal or external number into the Forward Number box.
Select the Forward option you require (click in box):
Forward Unconditional - forward all calls (except Hunt Group calls)
Forward On Busy - forward calls when your phone is busy.
Forward On No Answer - forward call when your extension is not answered.
Forward Hunt Group calls - forward all Hunt Group calls
Click OK or press Enter.
The title bar of Phone Manager Pro indicates that a Forward option has been set.
To cancel
Click on .
Select the Forwarding tab.
Remove the Forward option by clicking in the relevant box to remove the check
The number in the Forward Number box can be left for future use or deleted.
