Turn Off Hook Operation On/Off

Off Hook operation allows the phone to be controlled via the Phone Manger Pro without having to physically lift the handset on or off the cradle. When using a Hands Free phone and/or headset the 'phone' should be left off-hook permanently.

  1. Click .

  2. Select the Telephone tab.

  3. Select the Off Hook Operation option (click in the box).

Select the Tabs to Show in Call History

  1. Click .

  2. Select the Phone Manager tab.

  3. Select the options required.

  • Show all: displays call information for all incoming and outgoing calls.

  • Show in: displays call information for incoming calls.

  • Show out: displays call information for outgoing calls.

  • Show missed: displays call information for unanswered incoming calls.
