016: DSS Toggle Function Not Supported on 20xx & 46xx Series

Following a recent enquiry from the field, it has become necessary to clarify the use of single DSS keys being used as a toggle for programmable features, such as “Group” or “DND”.
The Technical Bulletin 008, Section 10. “Single Key Feature activation/deactivation”, details the programmable features supported, but omitted the supported phone types.
To Clarify:
The following phone types DO support the use of a single DSS key to toggle a feature:
44xx, 64xx Series.
The following phone types DO NOT support the use of a single DSS key to toggle a feature: 20xx Series, 46xx Series.
