017: eConsole and Unanswered Call Returns

This tech tip explains how to set optional recall settings for use with blind transfers using EConsole.
If the Operator answers the call and transfers the call using F2 (Blind Transfer), the call will not re-call back to the operator if unanswered.
To achieve the recall facility, the word eConsole (case sensitive) must be entered in the SourceNumbers tab for the user associated with the eConsole. This setting is made via the Manager application. Once this is merged into the configuration a blind transfer will recall
back to the operator if unanswered.
