002: License Key Server

License Key Server, 1.0.0.5, software resolves the occasional issue which in the Manager
Application shows Licenses as INVALID following Administration reboots.

The software will also be made available on a IP Office Patch CD (40YCD000ZUKAQ).
This will be supplied to Authorised Distributors To install the License Key Server software
please ensure that the "Key Server Service" is stopped on NT and 2000 machines and on
95 and 98 the application is closed before running the new software.
