025: Hot Phone Feature

An issue has been discovered in the field with the following call scenario using the “Hot Phone” feature:-
Hot Phone – dials a Hunt Group.
A Hunt Group member forwards all Hunt Group calls to an external number.
This presumes that the default Short Code entry ‘?‘ routes the call to the PSTN.
When the Hot Phone goes off hook, the call will not reach the PSTN due to the default wild card entries in the User and System short codes; once the call reaches the group member with the ‘forward Hunt Group calls’ feature enabled, the call routes back to the original short code within the Hot Phone user tab. This will create a permanent loop until the call is disconnected.
In order to avoid this situation, the following Short Code needs to be added to the System.
