006: CCC and Names

It has been noticed that under some IP Office system configurations ACD agents are not correctly displayed in the real time screens. When installing IP Office with the CCC application the following rules need to be applied:-
• Service/RAS and WAN Modules need a unique name field. User and Huntgroups need a unique Name and Number field.
It is essential that the above settings are correctly programmed, this will affect real time visibility of agents in the call centre environment and impact on the overall functionality of the CCC.
The delta server currently relies on unique Names and Number fields, if blank entries or duplicate names are entered, then real time and historical data can be compromised.
