068: IP Office R3.0 allows more time to validate licenses
with parallel key dongle

When using a parallel (not serial or USB) dongle key, IP Office R3.0 will now allow approximately 40 seconds to validate licenses when the IP Office is rebooted.
This means if you connect to the IP Office with the Manager application during this time, you will see that all licenses are shown as invalid. This is normal behaviour. Retrieving a configuration from the system after allowing more time for the system to complete booting and validation will correctly show the licenses as being valid.
