IP 403 T1/PRI 10-channel limitation

The IP 403 supports configurations of mixed voice and data over a T1/PRI WAN link. All 23 PRI bearer channels are usable, however there is a limitation of only 10 data channels that can be supported on the main IP Office control unit. The other 13 channels may be configured as voice. This is a limitation imposed by the IP Office hardware.

If a user requires more than 10 data channels the recommendation is that they upgrade to the IP 406 platform.
