It has come to our attention that there is an issue with setting message waiting indicators (MWI) over a small community network (SCN).

Customers may notice that at the remote site(s) they are not being notified of new messages.

This issue occurs when the incoming and outgoing line groups associated with the VPN trunks are set to 0.

The solution for this issue is to ensure that VPN line group numbers should be set to a value other than zero, as this is not supported.
