Avaya IP Office Phone Manager PC Softphone can have call data reported to the IP Office CCC software as agent data by having the ‘Force Login’ option checked with a blank ‘Login Code’.
Standard CCC agents who login to a telephone must have Forced Login checked and a code entered in order for CCC software to recognize them as Agent with call data.
