Simple Shortcode for “Direct to Voicemail” transfer
The following Shortcode allows simple Direct to Voicemail transfers when Avaya IP Office VoiceMail Pro is used in Intuity mode:

Telephone Number: #N
Line Group ID: 0
Feature: VoiceMailCollect

This assumes a uniform 4 digit dial plan, the number of ‘x’ characters in the shortcode
can be modified as appropriate to accommodate alternate length dial plans.
To transfer a call direct to a user’s mailbox with this shortcode:
1. Press “Transfer”
2. Enter “#”, followed by the extension number of the user
3. Press “Transfer”
