Avaya would like to clarify the operation of the Avaya IP DECT Wireless Solution with Avaya Desktop Telephony Applications.

The IP DECT is not supported for use with TAPI, Phone Manager, SoftConsole or in Off- Hook Station mode. Any attempt to use the IP DECT in these modes may cause the extension to lock up and require an IP Office reboot to resolve the problem.
