It has been reported by the field and confirmed by Avaya that this version of VoiceMail Pro requires a value to be entered in the ‘Wait for key press for up to’ field and the associated check box selected in order to allow the Voicemail system to respond to DTMF input. By default this value is blank. A value between 2 and 10 seconds should be entered and then confirmed through testing on site to confirm functionality.
