148: Compact Business Center Reporting Clarification

Compact Business Center (CBC) is a reporting package designed for very small businesses to measure their call traffic to help better manage their business.
CBC allows a user to see either the Real-Time or Historical status of up to 3 agent groups within IP Office, or the entire system. Previous documentation has incorrectly identified that the statistics available per group were identical to the statistics available
per system. This is not the case. This document provides clarification on which statistics are available by either system or group as detailed in the table below:
