Notes:
An administration fee of GBP20 is payable. Customers will be invoiced for the value of the replacement unit (GBP500) under the following circumstances:
• The old unit is not returned within 20 days
• The old unit is unserviceable or does not match the declared serial number/PCS level
Warranty cover remains the same as for the original unit.
Shipment of the advanced replacement is FOC. The Business Partner/Distributor is responsible for the cost of shipping the original unit to the repair centre. |
