This Technical Tip is to advise of potential issues when using the ATM16 binary file supplied with the IP Office 4.0.5 (GA) software. Difficulties with incoming or outgoing calls when using ports 9 to 16 of the ATM16 may be experienced when using this binary file.

These issues have been resolved in a new build of the ATM16 binary file (6.0.501) which is available for download. The software can be downloaded from the IP Office 4.0 software download page on the Avaya Support web site.
