Receiving an E-mail Alert for a New Message

You can choose to receive an e-mail alert to tell you when a caller has left a message for you.

Tip

• You can have e-mail notifications sent to your mobile e-mail address if you have one. This means that you can be alerted about the arrival of new messages  even when you are out of the office. You might need to contact your mobile or cell phone provider to find out your mobile e-mail address.  

To receive an e-mail alert for a new message:

1. Log in to your mailbox. For more information, see Logging in.

2. Press *02.
   You receive an e-mail alert whenever a new message is left .
