Within Windows, select Start | Settings | Control Panel.
Select
IP Office Voicemail Pro.
Select the SMTP Email Settings tab.

Enter the settings to match the customer's email server and the email account configured on that server for the Voicemail Pro service.
Select the Email Settings tab.

Enter the email address for the account setup on the customer's email server for the Voicemail Pro service.
Click Check to test connection to that email account.
