Open the Windows Control Panel and select Administrative tools.
Double-click on Services.
Locate the Voicemail Pro Service.
Double-click on the service to display its properties.
Under Log on as:, select Local System Account and then tick Allow service to Interact with desktop.
Stop and restart the service using the icon.
Following the service restart the Voicemail Professional Server console window should appear.
At an extension dial *17. Details of the Voicemail Pro activity should appear in the console window.
